Amazing pedal, great price

I bought this pedal a year and a half ago when I had a much smaller experience of music and knowledge of songs. I bought this because I wanted to get the distortion sound perfect for "bullet with butterfly wings," by smashing pumpkins, and I have loved it ever since. The pedal knobs are great to experiment with, and there Is a manual with a few presets that you can use on the pedal, all of which completely modify the sound of the guitar in great ways. I've learned many more songs, mostly by smashing pumpkins, and hitting the pedal gives the perfect intro sound for most pumpkins songs, ESPECIALLY that transition from the slow intro to the melting rock verse in "Mayonaise." its great for rock and alternative bands like bloc party, with possible slow distortion, to medium/heavy distortion like nirvana, to mega-heavy distortions like in, of course, Smashing Pumpkins songs. You can tell I'm an alternative/grunge fanatic, so if you want to emulate that sound, BUY THIS. It's also really durable, and lasts a long time; ive pounded it a lot and it has no scratches, but make sure that you get a charger, so you don't have to buy spare batteries. This review is over, so buy the pedal, it's an amazing deal.
