The Eminience Kappa Pro-15LF2 Speaker is a subwoofer/woofer that's great for all PA and musical instrument applications, including bass. The Kappa Pro-15LF2 replacement speaker features a Kapton coil former for increased rigidity and thermal protection; a polyamide-coated, 2-layer, 28ga., copper voice coil for improved power handling and durability; 120oz. ferrite magnet; vented and extended core for increased power handling; die-cast aluminum basket for rigidity; a paper cone; cloth cone edge; and solid composition paper dust cap.
Eminence LF models are specially designed with extended Xmax to deliver more bass than standard models and provide a true woofer for 3-way applications. This PA speaker has been specially designed to give a clean, extended bass response in ported cabinets of approximately 110 liters (3.9 cu. ft.).
