The *CTX* Double Star Model is a thinner wall version of the *CVX* bocal, which is freer blowing with greater flexibility. Like the *CVX*, the *CTX* has a higher-pitched upper register and is more compatible with older bassoon designs, such as the Fox 240 and 220 models.
