Excellent Product and Excellent Service

Just happened upon your Waterford, CT store by accident. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and very courteous. This was my first purchase but not my last. The locks are very high quality and were easy to install. Very ruggedly made and although at the age of 65 I doubt if I will be doing a lot of jumping around, but for those who do these locks would be excellent since they completely surround the base piece and and cannot become loose without using your thumb and two fingers to remove the lock. I am just taking up the guitar and these locks let me feel secure that I will not be dropping my instrument. because of loose connections. Great product highly reccommend.
