Nice Starter Guitar - Rich Color - Nice Finish

By Cooper the Beagle from Damascus, MD on 12/27/2013 5:45:25 PM

Bought this for the girls (ages 5 & 9) for xmas who are beginners at this. It is a full-sized unit, it looks great, sounds wonderful and is nicely made. As a male I would be OK with its color - not typical, but also not 'pink' (i.e. for a girl). Hey, Bono uses a green guitar, so blue must be OK?? Has steel strings. The blue is a deep blue, not navy in color, but has tinges of black within the finish. I am presuming the latter is the wood grain which is probably already dark to begin with. Not a complaint, just clarifying. As far as playbility and keeping in tune, I can't say as I am not experienced in either. But it has a been a good quality intro to the 'sport' of guitar playing. BTW, only have good things to say about the Germantown, MD store and their staff.

Nice Starter Guitar.

By Glenda B. from Newnan, Ga. on 12/29/2013 3:31:29 PM

I bought this guitar as a starter. It sounds great for the price and I love the color. I'm just a beginner but I like it. I got this at the Peachtree City, GA. store and the service was great.

Love it!

By Elise from Dallas, TX on 1/3/2014 7:06:38 PM

I saw this guitar in a flyer sent to my home and wanted it mostly because of its color. It arrived a couple of weeks ago and it is so perfect!! It is beautiful and I cannot wait to learn how to play it!
