Mapex Meridian Maple "The Smasher" 5-Piece Shell Pack
The Mapex Meridian Maple Shell Pack strikes a perfect balance of beauty, performance and value in all maple drum sets. This shell pack features warm, punchy and resonant 7-ply maple shells that come in a variety of beautifully hand-applied lacquers. Also featured are newly designed chrome or black lugs.
Meridian's lightweight and easy to position Isolated Tom Mounting System (ITS), makes set-up quick and easy and provides optimized resonance. Single-point-of-contact lugs and spring-loaded floor tom legs limit tension on hoops and shells to help maximize sustain, while 2.3mm power hoops deliver a cutting rimshot and accent. To ensure out-of-the-box quality and punctuate the immense value performance of this shell pack, these drums are also equipped with single-ply Remo coated batter drumheads.
