very popular but not sure I like it

I see alot of young high school players with the strap, I tried one based on the comfort folks rave about.. I thought it was the most comfortable strap around and it may be. however I did not like the bounce. I never feel like the horn is presented in a consistent manner and I was always adjusting the strap. strap is a bit bouncy, most say overtime the bounce goes out of it, I was not willing to wait. Neither were my two kids who also play sax, in marching band they said the horn was all over the place when they tried to play.
