I was interested in taking violin lessons without having to purchase a violin immediately and looked into locations that I can rent an instrument. I found Music & Arts and I was able to not only rent a violin but the rental fee would go towards a new instrument. I was able to put my fee towards the purchase of a new violin and I bought a brand new beautiful Otto Benjamin violin. My Otto Benjamin came with a case that has a humidifier thermostat in the case which is lined with red velvet material. A piece of Rosin was included with my instrument. I have learned each violin is different depending on what is purchased. The only accessories I had to purchase were extra string adjuster?s as my instrument came with one and a shoulder rest which is recommended. The violin has such a beautiful finish and is high in quality of material. The sound resonates so beautifully with a smooth ring when playing. I was fortunate to buy a violin that had a solid piece in the back which I was told is extremely rare. I have received many compliments from family, friends and my instructor. I signed up for violin lessons and have been working with an instructor who has tremendous knowledge and talent. A book is provided with the lesson and I am able to play several pieces of music which I never thought I could have learned. With time I have no doubt I will be able to play such a beautiful instrument with much more ease. I am now looking into purchasing a guitar and taking lessons along with the violin lessons. I am enjoying my goal of learning an instrument come to light. I highly recommend Music and Arts for any person interested in learning an instrument, meeting great people,purchasing beautiful instruments and wonderful atmosphere for lessons.
