Ovation Celebrity Deluxe SS CC48 Acoustic-Electric Guitar
Using the same unique Ovation Quintad bracing pattern featured on the more expensive Elite models, the Celebrity Deluxe SS CC48 guitar is an entry-level acoustic electric model that will continue to earn its keep as your playing skills mature. Multiple soundholes in the upper bout allow for more efficient bracing and tone contouring. This technique has been perfected over the last two decades on guitars ten times as expensive. Now everyone can own one. Ovation's unique Quintad bracing pattern allows maximum top vibration while maintaining stability. In conjunction with the roundback body, the Ovation Celebrity Deluxe CC48 produces a robust sound with plenty of tonal cut.
The Ovation Celebrity guitar starts with a beautiful laminated spruce top, offering a stunning appearance and balanced tone. The super-shallow body design offers full range of tone, thanks to its materials and design, creating big sound from a medium-sized package. The soft-V neck shape, 25-1/4" scale, 10" radius, and 1-11/16" nut width add comfort and playability for your fret hand. The nato neck, walnut bridge, rosewood fretboard adds clear, lasting sustain to the guitar's sound. The OP4BT preamp offers +/-12 dB control over the bass, midrange, and treble frequencies for great tonal flexibility. The guitar's on-board tuner is easy to use and helps you stay perfectly in-tune, even when using open or non-standard tunings. Gold tuners and hardware round out the guitar and add a classy shine to the instrument.
