Close to a store? Please visit your closest Music & Arts store or affiliated rental dealer for the following services:

No store near you? You may be eligible to take advantage of our EZ ship service available with our Rapid Rental program!

Is your instrument broken? Too small? Just want to try another instrument type? No need to wait! We will quickly replace your broken or unwanted instrument with another one!

Just follow these 5 steps:

  1. Contact us at 888-731-5396 to receive return instructions.
  2. We will ship another instrument (same day if prior to 2pm EST, next day if after 2pm EST) via UPS (Directly to your home with no shipping cost to you!)
  3. Unpack the new instrument, then place the unwanted instrument into the box used to ship the new instrument to you
  4. Place the UPS Return label provided with the new instrument on the outside of the box to be returned.
  5. Drop the box off at your closest UPS Store. (There is no shipping cost to you!)

To avoid being charged for both instruments, please be sure the original instrument is returned to Music & Arts within 10 days.

Note: If you did not select the LDW option at the time of your rental, you will be charged the cost of any repair of a broken instrument. If you did purchase LDW, the repair will be covered under the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement.

Need to Return a Rental?

Just follow these 4 simple steps:

  1. Contact us at 888-731-5396 to receive return instructions.
  2. Place the instrument into the box used to ship the original instrument. If you do not have a suitable box, please ask for one when you call or email us with your return request. A UPS Return label and box, if needed, will be sent to you (At no additional cost to you!)
  3. Attach the UPS Return label provided to the outside of the box.
  4. Drop the box off at your closest UPS Store. (There is no shipping cost to you!)
