The S42L-JF Faddis has a tuning bell feature that allows the tuning slide to be left all the way in or moved only a little to keep the bore relatively free of gaps that may cause a disturbance in the nodel pattern of the sound wave. The S42L Faddis also features a custom rounded tuning slide without a waterkey, plus an adjustable tuning bell soundpost.
