Good Mute for the Price

This mute is a very good value. It stays on the instrument pretty well (unlike the single hole version of the Tourte mute, which falls off very easily), and it gets the job done. However, it is somewhat prone to rattling when it's not secured on the bridge, which can be kind of annoying. It's a great mute for students (most of my violin students use it), but for anyone looking for a sturdy mute that stays in place and doesn't rattle, I'd recommend the Spector mute instead.
