Product Details

Williams Allegro 88-Key Digital Piano

Williams digital pianos have been crafted for musicians and music enthusiasts who want the look, feel and sound of a fine acoustic piano, combined with the amazing range of effects and other features that only a digital piano can offer.

The Williams Allegro follows closely to this tradition with 88 hammer-action, velocity-sensitive keys that provide you with the realistic touch and feel of a full-scale piano in an affordable, portable solution. The Allegro is a great fit for both beginners and pros, with 64-note polyphony and eight different piano and keyboard sounds at a price that will fit into any budget. An advantage of a digital piano versus an acoustic one is its features, and with the Allegro you get a built-in metronome with variable tempos, multiple demo songs corresponding to each voice, MIDI in/out connections so you can connect it with your favorite DAW, stereo/mono line outputs to hook up to monitors or speakers, a sustain pedal, music rest, and a two-track recorder that allows you to record songs and play them back right from the piano. Your friends and family will appreciate the remarkable acoustic sound and feel of the Allegro, and all at a great price.

Bang for Your Buck

By Berzerko 1 from Baytown, Texas on 5/28/2012 10:51:01 AM

I'm a guitar player by trade, but I needed a piano to play for my own entertainment. I was patient when shopping for a digital piano. I played a lot of inexpensive products and they just didn't feel or sound right. I sat down behind a Williams Allegro and played it for about five minutes and it performed as good or better than products costing hundreds of dollars more. Needless to say I took one home with me and I am very impressed and satisfied with this instrument. You can pay a lot more for a digital piano, but all you'll get is a fancy housing, lots of decoration and more flashing lights and a lighter wallet. Williams pianos are hands down the best Bang For Your Buck as far as play-ability and sound quality. Oh Yea, They are so simple to operate even a guitar player can use it right out of the box. I highly recommend this piano for beginners through advanced players. Caution; This piano will make you think long and hard before you shell out thousands of dollars on your next Digital piano.

Great thing in a small package

By Joyful Noise from Elkridge, MD on 9/2/2013 12:39:28 PM

We are using this at church and the options and feel of the Williams is exactly what we needed. "Strings" and "Organ" choices work well with the piano, providing a rich mix. I got the optional pedal elsewhere (the one that comes in the box is fairly flimsy and I already knew of the better pedal), but the standard keyboard stand works fine with the weight and size of this model. Several piano students have made a rapid transition to keyboard and love the variable sounds, but it also keeps them honest in their "touch" issues. It has been a very wise investment, one I can easily recommend to anyone else.
