Yamaha CSS1455 Concert Steel Snare Drum with SS745A Stand
The CSS1455 concert snare is made of steel and boasts a black finish. The drum has a clear distinct sound specifically designed for concert use. The snare uses wire snare strands made of hard, high-carbon steel. This steel wire strands offer bright, delicate response and make sustained, legato press roles easy to play. It features a special black finish and 2 vent holes for a rich, controlled tone not often associated with a steel shell drum. A 10-lug design allows sensitive tuning, and the smooth and quiet strainer system is vertically adjustable on both sides for precise alignment and tension of snares.
The included concert height snare stand is designed for use when standing and snare drum stand offers a wide height adjustment range and excellent stability.
