Used in like new condition The 8200 Series Field-Corps Marching Bass Drums feature: Yamaha exclusive Air-Seal System™ shell and hoop construction and a 7-ply birch/mahogany shell that provides deep resonant tones with solid punchy attack. The 8200 Series also features a lightweight aluminum arch shape lug casing that allows the shell to vibrate more freely and is 50% stronger and 26% lighter. The bass drums are .5 lbs to 1.75 lbs pounds lighter than the previous model. Ten ply birch hoops have a rounded outside edge for pinpoint tension in conjunction with a revamped claw. A wide-body claw offers greater tuning stability and reduces hoop damage with high tension tuning. All drums also include 5.4mm tension rods for reliable tuning without extra weight and REMO Smooth White Ambassador bass drumheads.
