At the core of the trumpet is the two-piece valve chassis featuring nickel balusters, lightweight nickel inner and brass outer slides plus brass valve guides that help to keep the sound from breaking up, even at extreme dynamics. The bell of this 190 Stradivarius trumpet is a Mt. Vernon weight #72 yellow brass bell with a side seam and true French bead that goes back to the bell making of the 1950s. This bell design, along with the wide wrap nickel Z bracing allows for exceptional projection with a broad sound that can soar over any ensemble. The updated #43 gold brass leadpipe offers easy and free-blowing brilliance to the sound of this instrument. The Bach Stradivarius Bb trumpet includes a deluxe leather double case and mouthpiece and is available in unlacquered raw brass finish.
