Best playing trombone ever

i have played many trombones throughout my life, but this one is my favorite. it has such a great tone quality, and the pitch is dead on. the open wrap model allows for a clear, not stuffy sound through the f attachment, and the pitch rings through the bell. PERFECTION

Very Good Equipment

I am a trombonest in the United States Navy Fleet Bands and we play a wide variety of styles. I have found the 42B to be a very versitile piece of equipment becuase of the ease of tone centering and ability to produce a great sound at all dynamic ranges. This trombone blends well in all sections ranging from concert, marching, chamber, and for the 3rd book in jazz. The closed wrap valve system takes some getting used to due to the amount of resistence, however, after a few hours of practice becomes as easy blowing as the open wrap series available. Thanks to the taxpayers for allowing our armed forces to have great equipment such as this trombone.

GREAT HORN!!!

Let me just start off with saying that by far this is the greatest trombone I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The tone is incredible without the slightest bit of distortion the bell tends to become a little top heavy but not enough to make a huge difference.
