The Bach 3C should be the standard trumpet mouthpiece.

The Bach 3C Standard should be the trumpet standard. So should the following mouthpieces for playing the trumpet with a good tone, volume control, and also air control with good lip feel. I hope this helped everyone who wants to play the trumpet, the Bach Standard 3C should be the standard. ZenM...

Good mouthpiece? Depends

You must consider your playing style. If you're lead trumpet in a Big Band it could work fine. It takes a lot of air to push out the high notes. I'm a sectional player and play high A down to low A and I like to maintain a full rich tone. To be fair I'm 67 years old and acquired considerable kno...

Purchased this from M&A to be sure we received an authentic product. It arrived in a decent time span and works as expected.

It was a Bach 3E that I bought, not a 5C.

Ordered the Bach 3B for wind ensemble playing. It arrived within the stated time frame in immaculate condition. I'm enjoying playing on it. It gives me the rich, dark sound appropriate for the setting. Thanks

I have not used it that much but when I do I notice a difference. It had a dent in the tubing that fits into the trumpet. Perhaps I should have sent it back for an undamaged mouthpiece but I didn't.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I use a Bach 5C with my Benge D/E flat, and a Benge piccolo mouthpiece with my Benge piccolo trumpet. I just wanted to see how a good old Bach 7C worked for both horns. It plays pretty.

Ordered at the store and delivered to the home. I just wish there was a way to try a mouth piece before buying but I know that's not possible. Maybe a buy back if ordering a new one?

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Awesome Mouthpiece!!!

As always Bach mouthpieces are the standard upon which mouthpieces are produced. This mouthpiece is replacing a 3C mouthpiece I played for years. The sound produced by this mouthpiece is wide and awesome. My lower register is wide open, and I often wonder why I didn't make this change years ago.
