Our new Contactless Curbside Pickup is now available at select Music & Arts retail locations. We are implementing social distancing and safety practices as part of our commitment to keep our customers and associates safe. Our associates will safely place items in your car or trunk, it's that easy!
How does it work?
- Find your local store and shop their inventory
- Select the Contactless Curbside Pickup option when you place your order online.
- For Call Center Orders, you may ask your Music & Arts associate for Curbside Pickup
When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via phone by store associate
- Then visit your store and follow these steps:
1. Pull up to the store
Items will only be placed in the trunk of your car.
2. Let the Store Know You Arrived
Call the store to let them know you've arrived and what type of car you're driving.
3. Have your ID and confirmation email ready
After verifying your order and ID, an associate will place the order in your trunk.

Pick up times vary by store location. A store associate will call you when your order is ready.
Can I return merchandise or instrument rentals through Curbside Pickup?
Please note that returns are not currently accepted at our store locations due to COVID-19 safety measures. We will assist with any rental returns. Should you need to return any part of your order, please contact a Music & Arts representative at 888-731-5396.
Does Music & Arts still Ship to My Location?
Yes. You have the option of shipping your online order directly to your home. You may experience some shipping delays as we work to protect the safety of our employees. So, if you’d like to get your products sooner, Contactless Curbside Pickup is a great—and free—option.
How long will it take for me to get a notification to pick up my order for curbside pickup?
The time to process your order will depend on product availability. You will receive an email when your order is ready for curbside pickup. Please note that, orders that have not been picked up within 2 weeks of the alert email will be canceled.
Is there a minimum order amount for Contactless Curbside Pickup?
There is no minimum purchase. Any item that is available on our website for pickup in-store will be available for Contactless Curbside Pickup.
