What does unconditionally guaranteed repairs mean?
The Music & Arts 90 Day Guarantee applies to all work completed at the time of the repair and covers all parts and materials that were applied to the repair. In case of a defect, malfunction or failure, repairs will be completed to match work indicated on the original repair ticket. Parts or materials used in the original repair that are deemed as deficient will be repaired or replaced and repairs will be expedited to ensure the fastest repair turn around.
How quickly can repairs be completed?
Most repairs take one week or less to complete.
Do you do in-school repairs?
We offer complimentary, temporary emergency repair on-site (subject to availability).
Will Music & Arts come to my school and evaluate/estimate my inventory?
Yes. In markets where we have Educational Rep service, the rep and educator can schedule an appointment with a technician to come to your school and evaluate school owned instruments. This alleviates bringing all the inventory into the shop for evaluation. We can provide a list of instruments so you can determine what you want fixed. (subject to availability).
How do you handle student owned private repair through my school?
Private repairs receive the same service level as school owned repairs. Music & Arts works directly with parent/customer regarding estimates and payment solutions.
Does Music & Arts offer repair in-service professional development for educators?
Yes. Music & Arts provides free repair clinics and professional staff development. We are regular presenters at MEA events and District In-Services (subject to availability).
