Lesson Make Up Policy

Please call your local store directly to alert your music teacher of a lesson scheduling conflict. Music & Arts can't guarantee lesson make ups, but we will work with you directly to adjust the schedule to the best of our ability.

Credits for missed lessons will not be awarded EXCEPT for the following:

  1. The teacher is absent.
  2. When public schools are closed due to inclement weather
  3. If your lesson falls on the following holidays:
    • New Year's Day
    • Easter Sunday
    • Memorial Day
    • July 4th
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

Two weeks’ notice is required prior to stopping lessons. Please give your notice directly to the store staff to receive your confirmation receipt. Final payment is due at the time of stop notification.
