The Fender Custom Shop Limited-Edition ’53 Telecaster Time Capsule electric guitar celebrates classic Fender sound and style with its meticulous construction and vintage-inspired features. It has a 2-piece offset seam ash body with a flash-coat lacquer finish. The 1-piece 2A quartersawn flame maple neck is shaped in a smooth, comfortable profile, and topped with 21 narrow-tall frets and black dot inlays. The ’53 Tele’s tone is powered by a duo of Custom Shop hand-wound single-coil pickups—an Original Blackguard Tele at the bridge, and a Twisted Tele at the neck, with master volume and tone controls and a 3-way pickup switch to shape your sound with precision. Additional appointments include vintage-style tuners with the Fender logo, a 3-saddle American Vintage strings-thru-body bridge, bone nut and nickel/chrome hardware. Comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
