An Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp with onboard tuner provides sparkling tones in any setting. Made with a sapele top and body, nyatoh/maple neck and walnut fretboard, this acoustic-electric bass offers a full, warm tone with plenty of character. The AEQ-2T preamp is specifically-designed to adjust the bass and treble frequencies, and allows operation of the built-in tuner without the instrument being plugged in. The AEGB24E is also outfitted with a special finger rest, which allows players to position their thumb across a wide span of the instrument based on what is most comfortable for their playing style.
