The Kurzweil PC4 SE performance controller is housed in a portable, "gig-light" enclosure and features an 88-note, fully-weighted Real Piano Hammer Action (RPHA) action, with velocity-sensitive, adjustable keys.
Built upon Kurzweil’s patented FlashPlay technology, the PC4 SE is packed with 2GB of some of their finest onboard instrument samples, including optimized German D and Japanese C7 Pianos, Triple Strike Piano and 73 Electric Piano. With over 1,500 programs, featuring updated Rock, Synth and Orchestral sounds from Kurzweil’s popular PC4, SP6, PC3 and KORE64 expansion, the PC4 SE delivers the “Kurzweil” sound.
The PC4 SE is powered with Kurzweil’s legendary V.A.S.T. architecture and sports 256 voices of polyphony, a dedicated 6-operator FM engine, KB3 ToneReal organ simulator (with drawbar controls) and a highly acclaimed FX section. The PC4 SE is also a 5-zone MIDI controller, equipped with 23 programmable controllers per zone, a 16-track sequencer, five simultaneous arpeggiators and CC sequencers.
