Hi-fi bass combo amp with updated 4-band EQ.
The Markbass CMD 121 H IV bass combo amp is a more "hi-fi" alternative to the Mini CMD 121P combo, thanks to its larger size and 1" compression driver and custom horn. This new version with Little Mark IV Combo head features the new bi-band limiter, a MUTE switch and the 3-way switch that includes the options of Flat, Scooped or FSW. Easily upgrades to a 500W rig with the addition of a New York 121 or Traveler 121H cabinet. Designed for bass players who need power, portability and top performance.

High-Fidelity Sound
The CMD 121H IV produces a more "high-fidelity" sound than most CMD combos—its slightly larger size gives it a fuller bottom end, its 1" compression driver and custom horn give it a clear, natural-sounding high end, and the 12" woofer delivers detailed, warm low and mids.

Updated 4-Band EQ, Old School Filter, 3-Way Switch
The updated 4-band EQ section features very effective controls allowing you to easily find the sound you want, boosting or cutting up to 16dB for each of the 4 bands to cover all the tonal nuances needed in any genre of music. Additionally the Old School filter cuts your high frequencies and gives a round and smooth tone. The three-way rotary switch allows you to choose between a super balanced flat tone, a scooped preset that drops the mids while boosting the lows and highs—giving a superb slap sound, or lastly the "FSW" option to control both mute and the Scooped EQ on demand by connecting an optional dual footswitch.

Bi-Band Limiter
The bi-band limiter responds faster and more dynamically to your playing than traditional limiters do and lets your high end "breathe" for a more natural sound. It makes Markbass amp heads one of the best choices for anyone who enjoys a quick, punchy attack at high volumes.

Headroom, Height and Front-Loaded Head
The slightly larger size of the combo contributes to its excellent headroom and full bottom end, making it effective as a standalone unit. Its height makes it easy to hear on stage, and the front-loaded head is easy to see and adjust during performance.
