The product came as promised but it wasn't what I wanted so I sent it back. The product itself was fine (even though that particular model baton is the size of a tree branch) but the return process was a big hassle. Won't be buying anything here unless I know for a fact it's what I need.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
