The 100-watt Vypyr X3 combo amp from Peavey is an evolution of the original Vypyr amp, first introduced in 2008. Along with updated styling, improved TransTube technology and superior cabinet and acoustic performance, the Vypyr X3 also features Bluetooth remote control and audio streaming in. This allows users to stream backing tracks into the amp and control all settings via iOS remote app control. The true analog distortion of Peavey's TransTube tech not only sounds better, it also dedicates the amplifier's processing power to the effects, letting the Vypyr amplifier run up to five effects at once. Also ideal for live performance, TransTube technology is designed to emulate real tubes and sit perfectly in the mix in live environments.
