I just received my two boxes of D'Addario Reserve Classic reeds, 4+. While I like the reeds, I am extremely unhappy about the lack of care they used to package them. They arrived in an UNPADDED plastic bad. One box was crushed and the reeds were coming out of the box. I have not heard back from them.

This reed is really amazing! I use this reed for two year and using it on my R-13 Bb clarinet so I have no words of how grateful I am for using it.

Terrible new packaging

I have been using these reeds for years but the new packaging is awful. The reed logo printed on the bark rather than the front is so tacky. Also, I got one sealed reed sleeve with no reed inside. So I paid the same price for only 9 reeds.
