The Collector's Series FinishPly Top Edge Snare by DW is an offshoot of their patented Edge metal-wood snare. The Top Edge drum offers an alloy top ring with 10-ply maple X-shell bottom. The sound is big, responsive and articulate.
Hardware appointments include True Hoops, the DW MAG throw-off and 5P (five position) buttplate and True-Tone snare wires.
