Decent for a student instrument
Keys fall off easily, sticky pads, high A sounds WAY too airy and the octave key mechanism doesn't work very well (probably because of the sticky pads). Pretty good tone though
Compared to Yanagisawa...
I left this saxophone at home one day, so my friend let me use his Yanagisawa WO20 Professional sax, and it was great horn, but the next day when I played it just felt and played so so so much better! Although, I'm not sure if it's me being clumsy or the sax, but it seems to need tiny little fixes kind of often. I haven't needed to go to a store for a repair, but I had to go to an on-the-road repair truck for the marching band competition we hosted. But overall, it's an amazing horn!
Amazing instrument to use!
Been playing Alto Sax for 1.5 years now and compared to my old one this Alto Sax has been smooth and comfortable to play.
So far it is playing really well.
