Order a Better Horn

I ordered this instrument in 2018 because I wanted to start playing with a local community band. The horn arrived in excellent conditions. However, the second valve kept sticking. Additionally, it sounded a bit thin As a result, I returned the horn and waited until I was in a position to purchase a better instrument. However, this would not necessarily be a bad horn for a beginner just not an experienced player.
