The scale wheel in a clamshell case enables you to find scales in three easy steps: 1. Choose the scale type from the list on the inner disc. 2. Slide the disk around until the first dot lines up with the scale letter name. 3. Now simply read off the notes in the chosen scale according to the dots on the chord line.
