Great sound great price

I purchased this guitar to do an outside party on a rainy day because it was inexpensive and was blown away by the very well balanced sound and awesome projection from this guitar. The fit and finish are great, feels like a guitar 3 time the money spent.

Good sound, poor build quality, bad customer service

Received instrument with a bad finish - glue residue which would not wipe off easily. Contacted WWBW and was told I would have to pay to return to WWBW but they would replace it. I sent pictures, expected them to reimburse me once they verified the defect - but no such luck. Read the fine print. I...

My first acoustic. Lots of research went into this purchase. Very easy to play, keeps in tune easily. Sounds really good. Very happy with it.

The FG800j is a sweet sounding guitar: Bold, yet clear. I was surprised at the sustain.

Best deal on the market for a beginner's guitar, with that being said this should last a very long time due to the nice quality and attention to detail. Very playable with great sound that punches way above its weight class. The only things I would have liked to see would be higher gear ratio machine heads (like Graph Tech) for finer tuning and a factory installed top strap button on the treble side of the heel. I especially think the strap button needs to be added at the factory as installing one voids your warranty.

I do like the guitar other than the quality issues, but should have purchased from a reputable dealer who will support their products. This should be an issue between dealer and manufacturer, not customer and dealer. Caveat emptor.

Straight out of the box, the FG800 Folk Acoustic Guitar was a delight to my high school students. They tuned it up and were impressed with the tone, volume, and projection of the instrument. No adjustments were needed to be made to make the guitar playable as the string action was perfect. The quality of the strings was good enough not to necessitate their replacement as is the case on many new instruments. I bought two, one in natural and one in sandburst, and both are of the same solid quality.
