If this did not cost so much I would buy it for my entire 4th grade Music Class. We study Flutophone in 3rd grade and go to Soprano recorders in 4th grade. Flutophones have a ridge around the holes, making it easier to seal with your fingers. However, I find that regular recorders are more difficult for children because the area around the hole is flat and hard for them to seal with their fingers.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

product design is awesome as it doesn't have air leaks but only drawback is the notes can be set for high pitch and tone.
