Bring the clarity, control and stage-ready character of the V8 to a Shure wireless rig without sacrificing the freedom that keeps a performance moving. The sE Electronics V8 MC1 dynamic wireless microphone capsule is designed for compatible Shure wireless handheld transmitters and features sE's newly developed DMCV8 capsule for detailed, natural vocal reproduction. Building on the V7 platform, its response combines extended lows, controlled mids and articulate highs for an open, polished vocal sound before additional EQ. A tightly focused supercardioid pattern provides strong off-axis rejection and excellent gain-before-feedback, helping lead vocals stay defined against loud monitors, instruments and other sources in demanding live environments.
DMCV8 Capsule Brings Premium Vocal Detail to Shure Wireless Systems
The DMCV8 dynamic capsule is engineered to capture vocal nuance while maintaining the projection and control required for professional stage performance. Extended low-frequency response adds body, a balanced midrange keeps the voice focused, and detailed highs preserve articulation and definition. Its supercardioid pickup pattern concentrates sensitivity toward the performer while minimizing unwanted off-axis sound, helping isolate vocals and maintain a clear position in dense live mixes.
Integrated Shockmount Reduces Handling Noise
A newly patented internal shockmount helps isolate the capsule from handling noise and mechanical vibration while providing additional protection against physical impact. The rugged all-metal housing and spring-steel mesh grille are designed to withstand touring use, with dent- and corrosion-resistant construction supporting consistent performance night after night. A beveled edge helps prevent the capsule from rolling when placed on a flat surface, while a gold-plated connector provides a reliable, corrosion-resistant connection to compatible Shure wireless handheld transmitters.
Two Finishes Suit a Range of Stage Setups
The V8 MC1 Graphite Gray features a refined modern finish designed to resist fingerprints, while the Matte Black version provides a discreet stage appearance for performers who prefer understated hardware. Measuring 2.1" x 3.8" and weighing 6 oz., the compact capsule integrates with compatible Shure wireless handheld transmitters for a streamlined performance setup. The sE Electronics V8 MC1 includes a leatherette pouch, thread protection cover, black internal windscreen and microfiber polishing cloth for protection, transport and everyday care.
