This is the case supplied with the Renard models 220 and 240 bassoons and with the Fox model III bassoon. The case shell is wood covered with a textured vinyl and measures 26-1/2 x 10-3/4 x 4-1/2 inches. It comes blocked to fit long bassoon bassoons. Shims are provided to modify it to fit short bore bassoons. The Fox No. 1546 Case Cover is recommended for use with the Model1545 case.
